Purpose

The aims of the
study are two-fold:

- To develop a Transport Framework for NorthFold housing
sites.
- To identify, prioritise and design walking, wheeling and
cycling and public transport improvement schemes along the A577 /
A58 corridors.

The Director -
Place authorises:-
 

(1) the
appointment of the consultant identified in the report:
and

(2)  the
Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections, on
behalf of the Council to enter into any legal agreements necessary
to facilitate (1).
