Purpose

Adult Social
Care has a statutory duty to undertake certain functions and a case
management system is a vital tool to capture these duties as well
as shaping practice. A successful ASC department will learn from
its practice, embed this into its case management system, and
continue to learn and grow.

Decision

The Portfolio
Holder for Adult Social Care and Health (and Deputy Leader)
authorises:
 

(1)   the
award of the contract to the provider referred to in the report for
a period of 5 years; and 

(2)   the
Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections to enter
into 

        such
documentation, on behalf of the Council, necessary to give effect
to 1 above.
