Purpose

Wigan Council
invites the submission of quotations for the Provision of Taxi /
Safety Marshals and the management of Safe Haven in Wigan Town
Centre. The provision on occasions may operate in other key
locations within Wigan Borough (as required).
 

Decision

The Portfolio
Holder for Planning, Environmental Services and Transport
authorises:-
 

(1)    
the award of the Taxi and Safety Marshals and the Management
of the Safe Haven contract to the provider named, and on the terms
described, in the report; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and
Elections to enter into any necessary legal documentation to give
effect to (1).
