Decision

The Director
– Place authorises:-
 

(1)  the
allocation of capital funding detailed below to the capital
programme line from capitalised repairs funding;

(2)  acceptance
of the tender submitted by the successful contractor identified in
the report for the sum described and the contractor’s
appointment;

(3)  budget
release of the out-turn figure at the sum identified in the
report;

(4)  the
use of the project contingency if required within the budget
release figure; and

(5)  the
Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections on
behalf of the Council to enter into any agreements necessary to
facilitate the above.
