Holder for Planning, Environmental Services and Transport
authorises:-
 

(1)    
the appointment of the contractor identified within the
report as the main contractor;

(2)    
entering into a Delivery (Funding) Agreement with Transport
for Greater Manchester on the terms outlined within the report;
and

(3)    
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and
Elections to enter into any agreements, on behalf of the Council,
necessary to facilitate the above.
