Purpose

Wigan Council
requires a specialist provider with the capacity to handle a large
scale mailing within exceptionally short production
timescales.

Decision

The Portfolio
Holder for Finance, Resources and Transformation
authorises:-
 

(1)    
the award of the year end print and mail contract (October
2025 to October 2028) to the provider identified in the report and
on the terms described; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and
Elections to enter into all agreements necessary on behalf of the
Council to facilitate 1.
