Purpose

The appointment
of a contractor to undertake phase 1 works package at the Royal
Court Theatre building, 48-50 King Street, Wigan.

Holder for Economic Development and Regeneration (Executive Leader)
authorises:-
 

(1)    
the appointment of the contractor named in this report to
undertake a phase 1 works package at the Royal Court Theatre, King
Street, Wigan;

(2)    
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and
Elections to prepare and complete any legal documentation necessary
to give effect to (1); and

(3)    
notes that the Mayor has agreed to this item being exempt
from call-in because the decision cannot be reasonably deferred due
to the timescales involved.
