Purpose

To secure the
decision to award the contract to supply gym equipment to Wigan
Life Centre.

Decision

 The Director - Strategy and Innovation
authorises:-
 

(1)    
the award of the contracts set out within this report to
provide gym equipment as part of the gym and studio refurbishment
programme at Wigan Life Centre; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance &
Elections to enter into any agreements on behalf of the Council to
facilitate (1).
