Purpose

Wigan Council
will be appointing a supplier via Fusion21's Heating, Renewables
and Electrical Framework (Lot 10) for the provision of independent
Audits of Gas and Electrical compliance inspections.

Decision

The Director
– Place authorises: -
 

(1)    
the appointment of the provider identified in the report to
undertake Independent Audit of Gas and Electric Compliance
Inspections on the terms described; and

(2)    
the delegation of authority to the Assistant Director –
Legal Governance and Elections to enter into any agreements on
behalf of the Council necessary to facilitate the above.
