Purpose

Consultants to
provide project management and quantity surveying during the RIBA 5
to 7 stages of the internal work package for Haigh Hall including
associated landscaping, a new energy centre and carpark
works.

Decision

The Portfolio
Holder – Communities and Neighbourhoods
authorises:-
 

(1)    
the appointment of the consultant identified in the report to
undertake the project management and quantity surveying during
the 
internal work package for Haigh Hall including associated
landscaping, a new energy centre and carpark works; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director – Legal Governance and Elections
to enter into any agreements on behalf of the Council necessary to
facilitate the above.
