97-99 Bradshawgate, Leigh, as part of the Leigh Building Grant
Scheme.

Decision

The Assistant
Director - Planning and Regeneration authorises:-
 

(1)    
the making of a grant under the Leigh Building Grant Scheme
to the owner of the property at property 97-99 Bradshawgate, Leigh,
as detailed in the report; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director - Legal, Governance and Elections on
behalf of the Council to enter into any agreements necessary to
facilitate 1.
