Purpose

The report provides an update to
the Portfolio Holder for Planning, Environmental Services and
Transport on progress and finances during delivery of the A580 /
Mosley Common scheme.

Decision

The Portfolio
Holder for Planning, Environmental Services and Transport
authorises:-
 

(1)        
the increased contract value and associated payments in terms
and for the reasons outlined in the report; and

(2)        
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and
Elections to enter into any agreements necessary to facilitate (1)
above on behalf of the Council.
