Purpose

Disconnect gas
supply from Leigh Police Station and install an independent heating
system.

Decision

The Assistant
Director - Property and Assets authorises: -
 

(1)        
the appointment of the contractor detailed in the report to
undertake the installation of an independent heating system in
Leigh Court House (Homeless Shelter) following a procurement
exercise:

(2)        
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and
Elections to enter into such documentation on behalf of the Council
to give effect to 1 above.
