Contract to Asset Management Consultant

Decision

The Assistant
Director – Property and Assets authorises:-
 

(1)  the
appointment of the Consultant to undertake Asset Management
Surveys;

(2)  budget
release of the out-turn figure; and

(3)  the
Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections on
behalf of the Council to enter into any agreements necessary to
facilitate (1) above.
