Purpose

This report is
proposing to extend the current contractual agreement for the
Education Psychology provision within the Education Psychology
service.

Decision

The Director
– Children and Families authorises:-
 

(1)    
the appointment of the provider identified in the report, on
the terms and for the contract period described to undertake
Educational Psychology provision; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director – Legal Governance and Elections
to enter into any agreements on behalf of the Council necessary to
facilitate the above.
