Purpose

Approval to
accept the agreed donation amount via the United Utilities
Sustainable Water Fund in support of the Leigh Regeneration
Project.

Decision

The Assistant
Director – Planning and Regeneration authorises:-
 

(1)    
the acceptance of the grant offered by United Utilities on
the terms outlined in the report; and

(2)  the
Assistant Director – Legal, Governance & Elections to
enter into any agreements necessary to facilitate (1) above on
behalf of the Council.
