Purpose

We wish to
appoint a Contractor to carry out full remodelling of all flats,
including extending some existing flats, redecoration and flooring
throughout all communal areas, improvements to communal lounge and
kitchen area, new windows in all apartments and communal areas,
installation of new heating system and new roof to include solar PV
panel.
