Purpose

Wigan Council
are undertaking an ambitious programme of works at Haigh Woodland
Park and this contract forms part of a wider programme of
investment.
Consultants to provide architectural design management
services during the RIBA 5 to 7 stages of the internal work package
for Haigh Hall including associated landscaping, a new energy
centre and carpark works.
 

Decision

The Portfolio
Holder – Communities and Neighbourhoods
authorises:-
 

(1)        
the appointment of the consultant identified in the report to
undertake the design services in respect of the interior works on
Haigh Hall and the exterior works in respect of landscaping energy
centre and car park energy centre on the terms described in the
report; and

(2)        
the Assistant Director – Legal Governance and Elections
to enter into any agreements on behalf of the Council necessary to
facilitate the above.
