Purpose

A decision has
been taken to relocate the Adult Social Care Transport Service from
the Residents Directorate and place it with the People Directorate
to align the service offer as more appropriate with Adult Social
Care.

Holder for Adult Social Care and Health authorises the adoption of
the updated Adults Transport Policy in accordance with the
report.
