Purpose

This report and
subsequent decision notice will detail the procurement of a
resurfacing contract for Asphalt Grouted Macadam in various
locations and recommend a suitable course of action to be
taken.

Decision

The Assistant
Director - Infrastructure and Regulatory Services
authorises:-
 

(1)    
the award of the contract, relating to resurfacing works
using Grouted Asphalt Macadam in various locations to the
contractor outlined in the report; and

(2)    
the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and
Elections to enter into such documentation, on behalf of the
Council, necessary to give effect to 1 above.
