Purpose

The Officer is requested to approve the appointment of NEC as the provider of a Document Management System for the Collections and Assessments Team.

Decision

The Assistant Director - Customer Support authorises: -

(1)     the award of the contract for the provision of a Document Management System for the Collections and Assessments Team, to the provider outlined in the report;

(2)     the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance & Elections to enter into such documentation on behalf of the Council to give effect to 1.
