Purpose

To accept the tender from the successful contractor to undertake the works.

Decision

The Director - Place authorises:

(1)  the appointment of the contractor outlined in the report to construct the new Hope School at the Central Park site;

(2)  budget release of the out-turn figure at the sum identified in the report;

(3)  the use of the project contingency if required within the budget release figure; and

(4)  the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance & Elections on behalf of the Council to enter into any agreements necessary to facilitate the above.
