Fire Door Inspections

Decision

The Portfolio Holder – Housing and Welfare authorises:-

1)            the appointment of the provider identified in the report to undertake Fire Door Inspection works for all Wigan Council under one roof sheltered schemes and all low-rise blocks of flats under 11 metres on the terms outlined in this report; and

2)            the Chief Legal Officer to enter into any agreements on behalf of the Council necessary to facilitate the above.
