Purpose

Approval to award the construction contract of the Nel Pan Lane and Smiths Lane, Quality Bus Transit schemes. Procurement will be carried out via a Framework.
 

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Planning, Environmental Services and Transport authorises:

(1)         the award of a works contract for delivery of the Smiths Lane junction improvements scheme to the contractor identified in the report; and

(2)         the Chief Legal Officer to enter into any agreements necessary to facilitate the above.
