Purpose
This report sets out the proposed allocation of ringfenced public health drug and alcohol grant funding to support delivery of drug and alcohol treatment services and the ambitions of the Government’s From Harm to Hope strategy. It outlines the associated governance and contractual arrangements required to ensure compliance with grant conditions .The report seeks approval to spend funding for 2026 to 2027, including delegated authority to commission inpatient detoxification and residential rehabilitation
