Purpose

To enter into a support and nominations agreement with Jigsaw Housing Association for the provision of supported accommodation

Decision

The Director – Social Care and Transformation authorises:

(1)         the entering into a twelve month support and nominations agreement with the provider outlined in the report for the provision of accommodation for people with learning disabilities; and

(2)         the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections to enter into such documentation on behalf of the Council that may be necessary to give effect to (1) above.
