Purpose

To approve a new 5-year lease for office suite LG WO3.

Decision

The Assistant Director - Property and Assets authorises:-

(1)         the grant of a Lease for the occupation of Office LG W03 Civic; and

(2)         the grant of a Deposit Deed; and

(3)         the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections to enter into any agreements on behalf of the Council to facilitate the above.
