Purpose

To extend the contract for the Provision of a Night Support at Home Service.

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Adult Social Care (and Deputy Leader) authorises:

(1)   the award of the contract for the provision of a Night Support at Home Service to the provider outlined in the report for a period of 1 year; and

(2)   the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections to enter into any agreements necessary on behalf of the Council to facilitate 1.
