Purpose

This contract covers the supply of annual bedding plants and the provision, installation, and ongoing maintenance of planters across the borough. The request is to direct award a 12-month contract for 2026/27.

Decision

The Assistant Director - Environmental Services and Operational Development authorises:-

(1)     the award of a 12 month contract to the supplier named in this report to supply annual bedding and maintain the borough’s planters for financial year 2026/27; and

(2)     the Chief Legal Officer on behalf of the Council to enter into any agreements necessary to facilitate the above.
