Purpose

To enter into a contract for 3 years in relation to the Wigan Council website.

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Finance, Resources and Transformation (Executive Leader) authorises:- 

(1)     the award of the contract in respect of software services to the provider and on the terms outlined in the report; and

(2)     the Assistant Director – Legal, Governance and Elections to enter into such documentation on behalf of the Council to give effect to point 1.
