Purpose

The report will detail the recommended decision to appoint a design team for the PCSA period at Haigh Hall

Decision

The Portfolio Holder for Communities and Neighbourhoods authorises:-

(1)     the appointment of the consultant identified in the report to undertake the design service during the PCSA package for Haigh Hall including associated landscaping, a new energy centre and carpark works; and

(2)     the Chief Legal Officer to enter into any agreements on behalf of the Council necessary to facilitate the above.
