Purpose

The Local Authority is seeking to commission Panoramic Associates to provide additional Educational Psychology capacity to support the completion of 220 Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments over a 6-month period to ensure that we can achieve our statutory requirements. Contract commence date is the 08/10/26.

Decision

The Director - Education and Belonging authorises:-

(1)     the appointment of the provider identified in the report for the purposes described: and

(2)     the Chief Legal Officer, on behalf of the Council to enter into any legal agreements necessary to facilitate (1).
