Acceptance of quote to appoint Clerk of Works

Decision

The Assistant Director Property and Assets authorises:-

(1)         the appointment of the Consultant named in the report to undertake Clerk of Works duties in connection with the New Hope School project;

(2)         budget release of the out-turn figure described in the report; and

(3)         the Chief Legal Officer on behalf of the Council to enter into any agreements necessary to facilitate the above.
