Purpose

To undertake internal refurbishment including internal alterations, improvement of lighting and heating system

Decision

The Assistant Director – Property and Assets authorises:-

(1)  the appointment of the contractor outlined in the report to undertake the Refurbishment Project and award of the contract;

(2)  budget release of the tender figure identified in the report;

(3)  the use of the project contingency if required within the budget release figure; and

(4)  the Chief Legal Officer on behalf of the Council to enter into any agreements necessary to facilitate the above.
