Purpose

This report and subsequent decision notice will detail the procurement of carriageway resurfacing contract for
A5106 Chorley Road, Standish (Hawthorn Avenue - O/S No.153) and recommend a suitable course of action to be taken.
 

Decision

The Assistant Director - Infrastructure and Regulatory Services authorises:-

(1) the award of the contract, relating to resurfacing works on A5106 Chorley Road, Standish (Hawthorn Avenue – O/S No.153) to the contractor outlined in the report; and

(2) the Chief Legal Officer to enter into such documentation, on behalf of the Council, necessary to give effect to 1 above.
