Purpose

This report and subsequent decision notice will detail the procurement of carriageway resurfacing contract for
A49 Preston Road, Standish (Moores Lane - O/S No.290), Standish including A49 Preston Road (Old Langtree Gardens - Pepper Lane) and recommend a suitable course of action to be taken.
 

Decision

The Assistant Director - Infrastructure and Regulatory Services authorises:-

(1) the award of the contract, relating to resurfacing works on A49 Preston Road, Standish (Moores Lane - O/S No.290), Standish including A49 Preston Road (Old Langtree Gardens - Pepper Lane) to the contractor outlined in the report; and

(2) the Chief Legal Officer to enter into such documentation, on behalf of the Council, necessary to give effect to 1 above.
