a) the designation of the statutory role of Director of Adult
Social Services (DASS) from the post of Director, Adult Social
Care, to the post of Corporate Director, Care and Wellbeing.

b) the designation of the statutory role of S151 Officer from the
post of Director, Finance and Procurement, to the post of Corporate
Director, Resources
