To enter into a grant agreement with Wiltshire
Council to accept the grant funding of £43,909.24 provided
for in the S106 Agreement relating to Land at Salisbury Retail
Park, London Road, Salisbury SP1 3YX for the Young & Creasey
Gallery Trust’s Revive Project.

Alternative options considered

Doing nothing was rejected as this additional
funding helps the Young
& Creasey Gallery Trust to achieve its aims and provide a free
welcoming
space for visitors. Without this funding the Trust would need to
seek alternative funding or be unable to undertake the
project.
