Cllr Nick Holder, Cabinet Member for Highways, Street Scene and Flooding, presented the Part I report about the award of the Surface Dressing and Micro Asphalt Term Surfacing Contract.   Resolved:   To note the report and consider the proposal further in Part II of the meeting.   Reason for Decision: The proposal contains exempt information as defined in paragraph 5 (4) and 5 (5) of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 and the decision is to be made with the public and press excluded from the meeting.
