The outline Council Plan 2025 to 2035.

To seek feedback from a broad range of stakeholders and
residents and encourage all Members to participate.

•      
To review incorporated feedback and service planning detail at
its meeting on 7 October in preparation for a final version to be
considered at Full Council on 21October 2025.

to provide services with strategic direction ahead of the planning
cycle commencing.
