Resolved:
 

That Cabinet agrees:

 

To
appropriate the assets noted in Appendix 1 from the General Fund to
the Housing Revenue Account.

 

Subject to any necessary authority being obtained by the
relevant Secretary of State, to appropriate the asset noted in
Appendix 1 from the Housing Revenue Account to the General
Fund.

 

To
appropriate the asset noted in Appendix 1 within the General Fund
between holding powers as indicated.

 

That the relevant accounting adjustments are made in the 2025/26
financial year.

 

Reason for Decision:

 

The Housing Revenue Account is a
ring-fenced fund. Whilst the Council is generally able to transfer
properties in its holdings, between uses, without specific
resolution, properties cannot be moved in or out of the Housing
Revenue Account except through appropriation by way of Cabinet
resolution.
