Purpose

To consider the two number
representations (see Appendix 2) made in connection with the
proposed introduction of “No-waiting at anytime” on
roads known as Parkfields and Roundway Park.

proposals be implemented with amendments, as detailed.
 
(ii)            The objectors be advised
accordingly.
 
This decision was published on 10 November
2025 and will come into force on 18 November 2025.

Reasons for the decision

In the interests of highway safety
to ensure a safe and unhindered access to and from Parkfields. The introduction of additional vehicle
movements to and from the new development located on the old
grounds of Police HQ has necessitated the introduction of Waiting
restrictions to ensure that full carriageway width is protected for
the free passage of vehicles

Not implement the proposal.
(iii)Implement the proposal with
amendments.
