I confirm the decision as
set out in the attached report to implement a Community Lottery for
Wiltshire through working in partnership with Gatherwell Limited.
 
This
decision was published on 20 November 2025 and will come into
effect on 28 November 2025.

Reasons for the decision

To work collaboratively with the VCSE sector
to raise additional funding that supports their
sustainability. 

Alternative options considered

Consideration has been given as to whether to
proceed with this initiative or reject the proposal of a community
lottery.
