To approve that the contract with Telent
Technology Services Ltd for the new Term Traffic Signals
Maintenance Contract 2025-2030 can be signed, sealed and executed
as a Deed.

Reasons for the decision

Cabinet authorised the Director of Highways
and Transport, in consultation with the Corporate Director Place,
and Chief Finance Officer, and the Cabinet Member for Highways,
Street Scene and Flooding to satisfy themselves as to the details
regarding the Contract, and then to take all necessary steps to
enter into the new Highways Contract
