Purpose
To seek Cabinet approval for Wiltshire Council to accept and sign the Department for Transport Memorandum of Understanding for the Integrated Transport Fund and Bus Services Fund,

Resolved:
That Cabinet:
- 1. Approves acceptance and signing of the DfT MoU for the ITF and BSF.
- 2. Delegates authority to the Director Highways and Transport, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Highways, Streetscene and Flooding, to finalise and publish the final LTDP.
- 3. Delegates authority to the Director Highways and Transport, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Highways, Streetscene and Flooding to manage delivery, and ensure compliance with MoU reporting, evaluation and branding conditions.
- 4. Notes the timescales set by DfT and that a draft LTDP was submitted by the Director Highways and Transport issued on 20 March 2026 and is appended to this paper.
