That Cabinet approves:

  1. The revised terms for transfer of St Stephens Multi-Storey Car Park to the adjoining owner of Castle Place Shopping Centre as set out in the exempt Appendix 1.
  1. To Delegate to the Corporate Director of Place authority to finalise arrangements for the freehold transfer, including any minor changes to heads of terms, in the exempt Appendix 2, relating to clarity / accuracy.
  1. The repurposing of the capital budget approved for maintenance and repair of St Stephen’s Car Park to be utilised to facilitate the transfer.
