Purpose

1.   
To approve the adoption
of the North Meadows Recreational Mitigation Strategy and to
approve the use ofagreements
under section 111 of the Local Government Act
1972, as well as agreements and unilateral undertakings under
section 106 of the Town
and country Planning Act 1990, to secure
developer contributions for this mitigation
strategy. 
 
2.   
To delegate
responsibility of the approval of the details of the mitigation
strategy, finalise subsequent
matters as required
and take all necessary steps to the Director for
Environment in consultation with the Corporate Director Place and
Cabinet Member for Finance, Development Management and Strategic
Planning.

Following consultation, I give notice
that I have made the decision set out in the attached
report.
This decision was published
on 6 November 2023 and will come into force on 14 November
2023.
