Purpose
- To present the comments received during the advertisement period for the Experimental Traffic Regulation Orders (ETROs) relating to Calne High Street, together with the officer’s consideration of those representations. The report seeks a decision form the Cabinet Member on whether the ETRO should be made permanent.
- Order 1 To revoke The County of Wiltshire (High Street, Calne) (Weight Restriction) Experimental Order 2025 and introduce a 3.5 tonne weight limit on High Street, Calne - from its junction with Wood Street to its junction with A4 Curzon Street.
- Order 2 To introduce a 9.9 metre length restriction on High Street, Calne - from its junction with Wood Street to its junction with A4 Curzon Street.
