Approval to commission Impartial Financial Management to produce financial assessments for potential purchasers of shared ownership properties.

Reasons for the decision

Impartial Financial Management (IFM) is a qualified independent financial adviser who is regulated to provide financial advice to potential Wiltshire Council shared ownership purchasers.

Financial Assessments are undertaken in accordance with Section 6.1.3 of the Homes England Capital Funding Guide and the Services Agreement dated 08/11/2024 between IFM and Wiltshire Council.

Financial Assessments are undertaken by all shared ownership potential purchasers who have been successfully accepted on to the Open Market Housing Register.

Impartial Financial Management have been commissioned for financial assessments for potential purchasers of properties on the following developments [see document for tables on properties and costs]
