Purpose

To:
 
(i)         Consider
the comments received following the formal advertisement of a
Traffic Regulation Order (TRO hereafter) proposing the introduction
of waiting restrictions in the vicinity of the Laverstock schools in Salisbury.
 
(ii)        Recommend
proceeding with the introduction of the TRO subject to
amendments.

Content

I approve that:
 
(i)            
The Council’s proposals be introduced as advertised subject
to the following amendment.
 
• The proposed
NWAAT restrictions are retained at junctions within Elm Close, but
the remaining NWAAT restrictions are amended to become No Waiting
and No Loading Monday to Friday 2.00pm to 4.00pm restrictions.
 
(ii)           
The correspondents who commented on the Council’s proposals
be informed accordingly.

published on  22 May 2024 and will come
into force on 31 May 2024.
